Interesting Xeon

I found something like this on Polish marketplace:

Intel Xeon ES A4 2,8Ghz 1333/1600FSB 8MB

It's 65 nm, so it should work both in Mac Pro 2006 and 2008.

It has a multiplayer at 7x and default FSB is 1333 MHz on Intel 5000 or FSB 1600 on Intel 5400 chipset.

It looks like it's ES version of my E5345 or X5462.

And forgive me for being such a noob, but why is this particularly interesting? Is it rare/usefull/old e.t.c....

It is somewhere between an x5355 and an x5365. Compare:

It should give almost max performance on 2006 and 2007 systems if used in pairs. It will not run in a 2008 system because they were restricted to x54xx.
