Software update is gone. It seems like all updates will be done through the App Store, this is pretty cool. This 10.8 seems pretty stable, the changes are welcomed. Safari has also been enhanced. Its great.

What if you haven't purchased the app through the App Store?

Then it wouldn't be in Software Update either.

It would be cool if Apple opened this up for third-party apps too, but I just don't see it happening. I'm sure they're gunning to have everyone using the app store.
