I downloaded the SDK (3.2 final) and have been using it the last few weeks. However, now when I click on the ReturnMeToViewController.xib file, it no longer opens the Interface Builder panel (library), it does open the View and directory showing File Owner, First Responder and View icons.
I have tried starting a new project and reinstalling SDK but it still does not work.
