iOS Interface Builder for iPhone

I have been trying to learn Interface builder to build a simple iPhone application with Tab Bar and Navigation Bar with bunch of views that will swtich in the middle.. but i haven't had any luck

anyone know of a good tutorial on how to use IB? A quick tutorial would be nice..

there is a similar interface builder doc that you can see once ur logged into the iphone developer center
