Interface not loading in an application?

Hi.
I'm having an issue regarding the interface not loading properly within a specific application on a specific device.
Is there an accessibility setting, font size setting or maybe a networking setting that would cause part of an application to not load correctly?
Could a safari setting or perhaps bad data in safari cause a web portal page located within an application to not load correctly or only load half way?

I've been able to get the application to load properly on several other apple devices but not for this specific device.
Any advice?
