Interfacelift web page will not download

I cannot open the Interfacelift.com web page. It works when I sign on my mac as a guest. Sometimes I get it to open when signed on as the admin. I have deleted all history, I have rebooted several times. Can someone help please?

I am using El Capitan On an new macbook pro 13"2015. I had the same problem with my macbook pro 17" 2010 running El Capitan.
