Interior Design Apps for use on iMac and iPad

I am an iMac user but recently purchased an iPad for travel to client sights and did not realize how hard it would be to find a web-based software that I could use on my iMac and also on my iPad. All I need is a designing software for floorplans and furniture/color that I can edit/sync on both! Any help? I have looked into AutoCW but it's too complicated for what I need. I don't want to regret that I didn't buy a MacPro ):

Have you found any suitable program? I am an interior design consultant and I too am looking for the exact same thing.
