Anybody know why Apple doesn't release Xcode updates outside of the iOS update schedule? Using the software daily, I'm struck by the many small things that seem to make heavy use annoying (saying my build is running when it clearly isn't is one that comes to mind).

For a piece of software so heavily used by the Apple community, I would hope that bug fixes would be of top priority.

Ive been working with Xcode sinde I think 3.1 (or 3.2).
And I've allways had issues, I found Xcode 4 very bad, but got to learn to live with it, but it keeps getting worse, the debugging is in my opinion also worse, it mostly just crashes when there's something wrong, and won't tell you whats up anymore. stuff like that bothers me a bit.. But well, Apple has it's own will, I can't remember they actually listened to the crowds about matters like this.
