Recently my macbook pro has had some issues with left clicks/taps not registering. Sometimes when I go to close a window and I click the red close button, it wont register, if i move the window a little, it will immediately work when trying to close it again. This is happening with both the trackpad and my logitech m705. I made sure there were no mouse customization programs installed that could be interfering, and reinstalling then restore from time machine has not fixed the issue. It doesnt seem to be a hardware issue since it is both the trackpad and the non apple mouse. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue before, or know of a possible fix? usually i just use cmd+w to close a window or tab, but this is starting to drive me nuts. it will happen completely randomly and i haven't been able to find any sort of pattern over the last 4 weeks.

also, when the left click isnt registering, the right click seems to always work. I did a bit of searching around and there are others that have a similar issue, but none seem like mine, theres are all happening and wont work on anything else until a reboot, mine seems to only effect one thing at a time, such as the info window in transmission wont register the left click, but if i left click on the desktop it works.

edit: i'll also add, ive cleared pram, reset smc, repaired disk permissions, nothing seems to fix it, but then again it may not happen for a day or so at a time then all of the sudden happens
