Having an annoying issue with my MacBook Pro.
Sometimes the sound doesn't work. I've done some searching on this forum, and it doesn't happen after using headphones (not the red light issue), it's also seemingly random.
When it goes out, I get no sound whatsoever, not music or youtube, and not UI sounds either. Restarting doesn't solve the issue - it returns if it goes away. I've posted a couple of screenshots - does anyone have any ideas? I made a Genius Bar appointment, but taking things in for intermittent problems can be fruitless, so I figured I'd ask here too.
