Intermittently losing sound output devices

Hi,

After upgrading to High Sierra, I have noticed on at least 5 different occassions, that on restart/wake of my 2017 MBP 13" with TB, there would be no sound output device, and hence, no sound being produced.

After restarting the machine, the problem would be resolved, only to come back a couple of days later.

Anyone else having this problem?

Folks - there's an issue with System Preferences Display Scaling, Sound and Login Items loose their settings on Sleep and Restart.

Can you show me where else its been reported?

I dont have any issue with display scaling or login items. And mine is not exactly about losing their settings. On my mbp, the output device - being internal speakers, simply dissappears from the setting.
