Hello,
this is my first post here but i'm long time reader of this fantastic forum and website. :apple:
I was looking at iFixit teardown of the mid 2013 MacBookAir and i'm wondering what this connector is made for?

I may have missed something but i don't see any reference of this little connector. On older Macbooks it could have been a sata

thank you for your answers

It's probably a factory diagnostic port, used for testing the board immediately after it's built. It doesn't connect to anything within the Air.
