Internal Drive can not access

I have an internal hard disk in my Mac Pro that I call SuperDuper 1.

I am unable to read this disk. I am told I do not have sufficient privileges.

Disk Utility can not erase or portion this drive.

Disk Warrior can not access this disk.

I don't have a clue on how to fix this.

I searched but most of the hard disk locked problems apply to external drives.

I really need some help with this, and I have another internal HD that is also locked.

I am running 10.5.6, and I reinstalled OS X on my bootup drive.
