I hardly use it but it's not burning new DVD-R any more
my MBP 17" mid 2010
can some one help me where can I buy new drive, I can replace it myself

Look on Ebay, you can find replacements for $20-30, I bought one several years ago, still working.
Apple charges way to much for them so better take this route.

Thank for your fast respond,I tried to call Apple care they want $19 just to talk to you, the Apple store don't sell parts you can just let them fix it,
that's bad service from the Apple side

If you hardly use it consider an SSD and an external DVD-burner.

you still use it some time I allready have 250GB SSD

If you don't really want to open the MBP you could buy an external drive, not much more expensive, you can probably get one for around $30-40
