Is the Momentus® 2.5–Inch Laptop Hard Drive Internal Kit – 7200 RPM Compatible or Model ST907503N1A1AS-RK SATA 3Gb/s 750 GB http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/products/internal-storage/momentus-7200-kit/ with my Mid-2009 Macbook Pro. This thing is a beast and will I will be upgrading my Ram along with it, http://www.amazon.com/PC3-8500-1067...-QUICK/dp/B004GNL1NC/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

After formatting will this HD be compatible i've heard different things saying yes and no, I just want to know for sure before buying it.

The hard drive is fine. Although I'm not sure I would buy that RAM, as I haven't heard of that brand before, although the specs are right. Try newegg.com, they have really good deals on computer stuff.
 
Thanks for the advice i'll look into it. Any Brand you'd suggest?
Edit: Looked through the website but none have correct spec. IE: 1067 MHz

just make sure it's DDR3-8500 laptop memory

Any other recommendations, They don't have any of the correct Spec IE 1067, would it be possible to use higher or else 1066?
