I recently went into my computer (PowerMac G4) and disconnected my Audio Drive (I have two HDs.. my Mac HD and another Audio Drive HD). I unplugged the 4 pin power cable as well as the other cable (forgot what it's called). I immediately plugged them back in (I did this with the computer powered off of course). Now the Audio Drive does not show up on my desktop like it used to so I cannot access it. I went into Disk Utility and it is there. However, in Disk Utility, it shows you the HD (listed by it's technical name) and indented below it, it says "Audio Drive." Next to the technical name of it there is still the Hard Drive picture, but next to "Audio Drive," it just has a white page looking picture instead of the HD picture. How to I get my Audio Drive to come back and be read by my computer? Also, will the data that was on the Audio Drive still be there? It was very important data. Thank you very much for your help. I hope you guys have a solution for me!
