Internal HDD Partition Problem

Somewhere between Heaven and Hell, Oregon
I was trying to partition my interanl hard drive, and my Mac froze on me forcing me to restart it, when I turned it back on and tried again it showed 1 partition but all memory was full. how do i fix this, and just go back to what I originally memory used(@250GB/1TB)
