Internal Microphone doesn't switch off

I have a Logitech Wireless Headset which I have used with my older MBP without issue. I now have the latest MBP 15" Retina. I thought it's working fine but when I'm on a conference call, the people complain they can hear me banging on the keyboard. I don't type hard neither. I don't hear the my typing on the Headset. I checked my Sound setting and Input is selected for Logitech as what it should be. I try to talk on the Logitech mic and see the Input level bar lights up so it's working. Does anyone see this problem?
