Internal photo storage problem

I only have 99 pictures in my camera roll, and it is saying that those pictures take up 4.6 GB, whereas my photo stream has 558 pictures which take up 550 MB. I keep getting storage warnings saying that my iPhone is close to capacity, but I know that 99 pictures do not take up 4.6 GB. Please help!! :(

Back up your phone and then do a restore. That might work to clear up any system issues you are having.
