Internal sound can he heard by everyone on skype

I have a problem with my mac book. When Im on skype and have my headphones in and I listen to music on itunes or youtube, it can be heard by the other people on skype. I am using the built in mic for mac, I have tried reinstalling skype but the issue still stands. Can someone help me please.

personally though if I was skyping someone and they were listening to music on headphones I'd stop, that is so rude...

Thanks for the reply but that didn't help, Im guessing its to do with the os and not skype. There is only one option on skype audio settings which is built in microphone.

For the second part, i usually play csgo with my friends on skype and they hate it when they hear the ingame sound.

Why not just get a headset with an integrated mike?

I hate overhead headsets, but I cant fix this so I might just buy one.

Earbuds with an inline mic would also work.
