Using a OWC Data Doubler in my optical drive that as an SSD. Trying to transfer data from main HDD to SSD but I'm unable to mount the SSD. It shows up in Disk Utility but I'm unable to do anything to it. It also doesn't show up in Finder or anywhere else. I also tried booting in Recovery Mode but it doesn't show up there either. Using the terminal commands didn't do anything as well. Anybody have any ideas on what the cause could be or a better alternative?

Internal SSD won't mount/restore/erase

Double check that the cables are properly attached, and if that doesn't work, try to put it in an external exclosure, to rule out the SATA and power cable.
