Internal webcam not working after using Continuity camera

After using my iPhone as a webcam with the new contuity feature on Ventura my built-in webcam can't be found anymore.

Is there a way to switch back to the internal camera? Can't find anything. Already tried: Rebooting, deactiviting bluetooth/Wifi, resetting SMC and PRAM, updating to 13.1 RC. Nothing helped.
