International Applecare or resellers?

Hey all,

I'm studying abroad in Israel right now, and lots of people on my program have MacBooks. One of my friends is plagued with the MacBook "Random Shutdown Syndrome" and wants to get it fixed ASAP. Do any of you guys know of how he could get support from Applecare while abroad (we don't come back until the end of May 2007) or if there are any resellers in Israel where he could go?
