Hi everyone!

I have a relative that has loved ones in Greece. She talks with them here and there with her landline phone, but you know how rates sometimes can be expensive.

Anyways, since I have like 1,115 rollover minutes stored up, she was wondering if she can make a call to Greece from my iPhone.

The thing I don't understand is how much it will cost. I used AT&T's calculator tool on their website (http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/international/long-distance/in-the-us.jsp)
and it said it would be $2.29 a minute to a landline phone.

Now from there, does $2.29 per minute mean that 2 1/2 minutes are knocked off from what minutes I have stored up?

Sorry I sound confusing... but I have never made an international call before with a mobile phone.

Thanks for the help!

No, it's means what it says. You are charged $2.29 per minute in addition to the fact that it will reduce your available minutes by each minute used. International calling is a charge in addition to any other related charges.
