International data operator for AW

I need cellular data operator for eSIM for Apple Watch Ultra. Forums recommend some operators, but they do not serve private people, only businesses.
I have iPhone 12 and can use eSIM for pairing with AW. Separate eSIM and mobile number not paired with iPhone would be better.
Most of the time I'm in roaming so international virtual operator would be best. I need small costs and use it only for emergency calling (not 112) and localisation data.
