International Keyboards from US Online Store - Is this new?

Just noticed that in the US store, you can now buy a Mac Laptop or desktop with the following international keyboards:

English
Arabic
British
Danish
French
German
Italian
Japanese
Norwegian
Swedish
Western Spanish

I'm guessing this is online only, but it should be a big win for our international members coming to the US with in-store pickup.

This is not new. It's been always there. I wish there would be more options. For example I'm from Turkey and willing to buy a new rMBP, but since there is no Turkish option, I have to buy it with English keyboard layout.

Last month went to an apple reseller in France and I could not use their macs as the keyboard was so much different.
