I have an uncle from Canada visiting us in Australia and he's trying to call his daughter in Canada mobile to mobile with the +1(905)******* number but can't get thru. I have also tried using my mobile to call other mobiles in Canada but we keep getting the same "the number you have dialed is not in service please check the number and try again or call 1221".

I have called 1221 and they have tried to call the number as well and get the same message and say its a Bell mobilitys problem not Telstra.

Also when she tries to call us from Canada she also can't get thru using the mobile

At this point we can only call mobile to Land line, which isn't convenient

I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem, and can anyone call mobile to mobile from outside of Australia and Canada to Canada? to see if it's a Telstra or Bell Mobility issue
