Anyone know international pre-order times such as UK. USA apparently is 12:01 would that make it 3:01AM...

pretty sure its 8am in uk spoke to apple on phone earlier and they said 8am and also orange are starting preorders at 8am

4S was available to pre-order from 8:15 last year (was suppose to be 7:15 though)
