International - When will the 4G/3G/Sim version be available?

Is it mentioned in the keynote? I can't find this info on apple's website (except "coming soon") :-( Wifi version is useless to me. I need the 3G or 4G or whatever version that let me put a SIM card in...

Not sure sorry, I'm waiting to preorder the Wifi version from the HK store but still getting "Ships: Currently unavailable ".
