Internet Access Issues with 10.8.3 Upgrade

I've upgraded from 10.6.? to 10.8.3. I am now having issues accessing the Internet. Email, Safari, Chrome, App Store, etc. are all having issues. I've done all the usual (keychain trick, network setup) but have had no success. I've seen other posts with similar issues after upgrade. I've been running like this for 2 weeks now. It is a major pain. Any insights?

"Having issues" is nebulous. What are the issues, at least some of them. Without this, we can't really give you anything but pure guesses.
