My sons iPhone 4S will not acess the internet unless it is on wifi? What am I missing? It is a new iPhone and mine (4) just goes on the net.

Is Cellular Data Turned off in the Network Settings? Do you get the 3G symbol when Wifi is off?

If the above doesn't work, swap sims. See if that fixes it. At least you will know if it's an issue with the account or not.
