Internet always downloading please help !

Hi,

I am running mac os X jaguar and my cable internet service is always downloading without having any programs open. My monthly bandwidth is only 1Go.
My internet provider have no idea how the solve the problem.

Could be system updates or other background processes.

If you are that worried about it, unplug your ethernet cable between uses.

Interesting that your ISP would have a quota for downloads...Who is your carrier? And what is a Go?
