Internet and browsers are awful on my rmbp

I have a early 2013 15 inch rmbp,8 gig of ram updated to the newest os. No crazy programs running. And all three of my browsers(chrome, safari,firefox) suck on it from slow to beachballs but speed test shows 20 mb down. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thx

Sounds like some sort of software glitch, you could try redownloading the OS.
