Internet Connect message keeps popping up

Hi everyone! Noob here, need a bit of help.

My mom, who works in Taiwan, uses a 12" 1.5ghz G4 Powerbook. We keep in touch via iChat. Lately, this message keeps popping up every 15 minutes everytime.



We tried changing the setting in the energy saver but it still keeps popping up. We also disabled any screensavers, but to no avail.

We have been running iChat for months now and this thing only started popping up three days ago.

She uses a DSL connection for Internet.

Any idea what app may be causing this?

did you install the safari 3.0 beta?

Nope, Mom did not. She still uses the previous version of Safari. Actually, we've been trying to figure out what she had been doing before this started popping up. Nothing out of the ordinary, just routine iChat and net browsing. No new apps install too.

She will also try and contact her service provider when it's morning to get some answers.
