Internet connection issues...

I'm not sure if this is my computer or my ISP, but for the past week I have to restart my cable modem in order to connect to the internet. My brothers both have PCs and connect with no problem, but I can't. It shows all of the bars for signal strength, but it won't connect unless I unplug and restart my cable modem and router.

What could be the problem?
