Hi all,

I have setup internet connection sharing on my PowerPC mini, so that my Intel Mini can use it. Browsingthe net works great, but any other apps that use a net connection wont work (despite working fine on the PPC).

ICQ / Torrents / MSN etc

Intel Firewall is OFF, PPC Firewall is ON

I managed to allow MSN by allowing TCP on port 1863 (which i didnt think was the right port for MSN is it???)

bittorrent (Transmission) uses port 9090 which I opened, but when trying to connect i noticed on the firewall log that it was in fact attempting to use 5373. I opened that up too and now torrents are slowly working, but not so well. The log shows:

Code:
Apr 13 21:01:32 PowerPCMacMini ipfw: 12190 Deny TCP 10.0.2.2:53646 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:19845 in via en1

Apr 13 21:01:32 PowerPCMacMini ipfw: 12190 Deny TCP 10.0.2.2:53641 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:6881 in via en1
Apr 13 21:01:32 PowerPCMacMini ipfw: 12190 Deny TCP 10.0.2.2:53640 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:11208 in via en1

Can't I just tell the PPC mini firewall to allow ALL connections on all ports from the Intel Mini? Any help would be great!! Thx everyone!
