Internet connection sharing

Hi,

I bought a usb stick to access the internet over 3G and now I want to share that internetconnection with my iPhone.

I've enabled intenet sharing and disabled the firewall.

I can connect to the network it created, but when I try to open a page in Safari (on the iPhone), it just times out...

Any ideas?
