Has anyone read any comparison reviews or have experience with the internet connection speed and reliability with the Air and Kindle HDX?

Based on this alone, which is better?

They both have dual band MIMO. So hardware wise they're likely neck and neck. I like iOS Chrome more than Android Chrome, but that's a preference thing.

Interestingly, there's a GigaOM Kindle Fire HDX review posted yesterday, but the author doesn't dwell on specs or benchmarks, but focuses on the user experience.

This actually makes far more sense than lining up spec sheets or running a benchmark.
