Internet connection

Hello guys got a question about my internet connection. It's sometimes intermittent which has been for today that is. Like I'll try to open up a web browser and then it will try to connect and then says I have no internet connection. However I have adium open up and I'm able to chat with people but just not open up a web page. Then I go into network diagnostics and I fix that and then I'm good to go. So anyone know what is causing this???? Any settings I need to turn on or off on my mac for this to stop happening????? Thanks

I dunno if it's a Mac problem. It could be a problem with your router. Next time it happens, try power cycling your router by unplugging it from the power for thirty seconds or so. Does that affect anything?

Sounds like a DNS problem. What do you have in your Network preference window?
