Internet connectivity uptime monitor

Hello! I'm having a lot of troubles with my home internet through AT&T U-Verse, and I want to prove to them that it is constantly cutting out. I found a lot of apps for Windows that monitor your internet connectivity and create a nice graph output of uptime compared to downtime, but I haven't been able to find any for the Mac - I always end up with a web server monitor instead. Any suggestions? Thanks!
