"internet download manager" alternative for mac....please?

guys, when i had windows i used to use IDM app cause it's the best and has a lot of features like auto-catching videos on any page and showing up a banner that says "download this video" and also can resume downloads

so guys without having it on my mac cause it's only for windows or having any alternative i feel like there is something still missing on my mac

so could you please help me
