I use Internet Explorer on special ocassions.
I noticed when I go to clear my cookies, the same number of cookies (with exact names) are there even after I have cleared the cookies week ago (I use I.E. about once a week).

What kind of a problem is this? Why are the cookies still there when I have deleted all cookies on I.E.? Adaware?

I've read that IE stores some persistent cookies in separate files that get named with the user's name and domain name of the cookie sending site. I'm not certain this applies to the OS X version or only in the Windows versions, but you could search for a file beginning with your user name.

Deleting cookies within the browser, then, might not get these particular ones. You can read more about it if you wish at http://www.ciac.org/ciac/bulletins/i-034.shtml

Good luck with the sticky cookies.
