Internet filtering/Content blocking for Windows

A client of mine has a mix of Macs (running Windows via Fusion) and PCs in his home and office. He's asked me to find some sort of internet filtering software that will work on the PC side.

I'm a mac guy and I haven't a clue.

Can anyone recommend a program? It would have to be XP compatible. It's mostly for 'protecting' his young children from all the 'bad' stuff online. I have the Mac side figured out already, but for the life of me can't make an informed PC decision.
