Internet from mac to pc through parallels 5

I have recently installed parallels 5 on my mac pro. Everything is working ok with the exception of the internet which is not working, the cd's which won't open, norton which tells me to update, but i cant because of the internet. The internet on my mac is working fine but when i go onto parallels, it just isn't detected. As well as this, every time i open parallels, it tells me to confirm windows, but i also can't do that because of the internet.

Please help me asap!
