Internet is up but I cannot get on any websites (ping works, cant even get on localho

I can ping websites, but sometimes I cannot connect to the Internet. Strange bug. DHCP working fine, flush DNS, other computers on network functioning fine, resetting the network adapter all don't fix this. Oddly enough, I can't even access apache on localhost when this happens. Only a reboot fixes it.

Does this only occur only in Safari or have your tried a different web browser such as FireFox or Chrome?
