I don't know what's going on with my computer but my internet keeps crashing. Everyone else is fine in the house but for me. If I click on a site the loading bar only moves like an inch and stays there. I have to restart my computer and hope that I can get on the internet when it boots up.
At first, I thought it was Yahoo that crashed my internet but I don't know now. I am trying to load the next beta for my computer because in my preference tab there's an update but it's not loading because of the internet.
It keeps searching for network and then its connected then searching again and then connected.....etc.
What can I do? Is anybody else getting this message? I'm on Mojave 10.14.2 public beta 3, I think because there's a public beta 4 that I'm trying to load.

Does the app crash with your internet turned off?

Some betas have done that in the past...
Last time, it 'fixed' itself after a new beta was released...

i'm 99.9% sure it's a beta bug like last time

Well, whenever I go to either the update in the preference app or go to yahoo website the wifi will keep on turning off

I think it's bug with the beta... that happened to me:
i downloaded the macOS beta, & it had a bug that made it disconnect to wifi,
so, i thought i couldn't fix it with the next beta (or a stable version,) since i couldn't connect to wifi,
but Apple fixed it on their end with the next beta,
& i haven't had a problem since.

& that was about a year ago.
(so, i'm guessing you have the same thing)

They do have a new beta but I can’t download it because I have no WiFi, lol. I’m gonna have to take it downstairs and connect it to hard line and do the downloading from there. I hope this works because it’s driving me crazy.

I was able to connect it to a hard line Ethernet and it was still having issues. I went into safe mode and was able to download the new beta but after installation I disconnected the Ethernet and took my computer upstairs to my room. I couldn’t test it right away because I had to go to work but after work I tested it and it still has the same issue. I have to keep restarting my computer so that I can get WiFi for a while and it repeats. I don’t know what to do but to take it to Apple store and see what they can find. But I’m afraid they want to hold on to it and I have finals this week. I’m gonna have to wait.

I’ve been chatting with Apple support team and managed to have the WiFi working for a bit but then it went back to knocking me out of WiFi.
I asked if I can use like an Apple airport they say that it would help strengthen my WiFi connection. Is this the best way to go? It is kind of expensive. My router is downstairs and if I buy the airport would I connect it to my computer upstairs or downstairs?

Now iOS 12.12 is causing cellular drop issues & erasing data LOL

This is getting very annoying. My issue is not fixed I'm just gonna take my computer to the Apple store. I know it can't be the router because everyone in the house has wifi. My computer is the only one that's having this issue.
