For some reason, when using the internet on my PC, it seems more snappy than on my Mac. I have a Windows XP w/ 1 GB RAM and MBP w/ 2GB RAM.

What browser are you using?

Some browsers will not display a page until all images and whatnot have been downloaded. There are settings available to speed this up - you'll have to google this.

I find that Camino and Safari are both pretty fast for my mac...

i have had good luck with safari 3 but it is a beta. since its initial release it has received at least one update. have you downloaded that update? what browser are you using on your windows machine? has browsing on your mac ever been fast, or is it that you have always found it to be slower?

people need info in order to help.

I have downloaded the latest Safari 3 update, I am running Firefox on my windows machine, and it has always seemed less snappy.
