internet not working

Hey hi,
I am new over here,
I have problem in my i phone since 1 week.

My internet(SAFARI AND MAIL OPTION) is not working,
The mail option is saying that "THE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER pop3.live.com FAILED"

And the safari is saying "COULD NOT ACTIVATE CELLULAR DATA NETWORK.
YOU ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO A CELLULAR DATA SERVICE"

PLZ HELP ME OUT,I REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO?

If you're carrier internet is not working call your cellphone provider and they will help you.
Are you using it on official carrier or are you JB and unlocked using it with an unofficial sim?

I think its pretty obvious what Applejuiced said. CALL YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER!

Is English your language?
Who's you cellphone company and do you have an Internet data plan?
Call them and find out why it's not working.
Does it work when your connected thru wifi?

Sounds like you have network problems. The message "COULD NOT ACTIVATE CELLULAR DATA NETWORK" usually means the data network is down - possibly because of maintenance.

As has already been suggested, 'phone your network provider and report the problem to them, they should be able to help you.
