internet only availble through wifi. Why??

On my iphone, I am only able to access the internet through wifi. We have no wifi at my office and so I am unable to connect. Does anyone know why this woudl occur?

AT&T sucks in your area? Make an ad-hoc wifi network with your wireless card.

Actually At&T is really good in our area.

What happens when you try and access a webpage in Safari? Do you get any messages?

Check Settings-General-Network-Cellular Data and make sure the APN is set up correctly.
