Internet Plug-ins. Defning Each One

After a recent clean up with help from you guys.

I thought I'd have a look through HD>library>Internet Plug-ins

To see what was in there and I found a few which after googling I thought would be best to delete.

There are still some I'm not sure whether to get rid of.

Namely:

OfficeLiveBrowserPlugin.plugin - obviously a Microsoft one but can't work out what it's for or why I'd want it.

flashplayer.xpt - Obviously from Flash but don't know what it does.

nsIQTScriptablePlugin.xpt - A QuickTime Plug-in? Not Sure of its use

I thought it could be a good idea to put up here ones we trust and ones we think are dodgy/ useless.
